Proposed site ban for User:Marrovi

[trocar el manadero]

My apologies for writing in English. I have proposed a site ban for Marrovi. Details, and the discussion, are being held on Marrovi's talk page, as he is under a one month block at the present time. Please contribute to the discussion there. StevenJ81 (discusión) • 26 Nissán 5778 • 17:52 11 abr 2018 (UTC)[responder]

User:Marrovi was indefinitely blocked by Katxis at 8:01, 14 abr 2018 (UTC). I'm not sure this ever formally closed, because Marrovi agreed to "leave on his own". Nevertheless, functionally, the site ban is approved, so the block cannot be appealed until 14 abr 2019. StevenJ81 (discusión) • 26 Elul 5778 • 15:32 6 sep 2018 (UTC)[responder]

Editing of sitewide CSS/JS is only possible for interface administrators from now

[trocar el manadero]

(Por favor, ayuda a traducir a tu idioma)

Hi all,

as announced previously, permission handling for CSS/JS pages has changed: only members of the interface-admin (Administradores de interfaz) group, and a few highly privileged global groups such as stewards, can edit CSS/JS pages that they do not own (that is, any page ending with .css or .js that is either in the MediaWiki: namespace or is another user's user subpage). This is done to improve the security of readers and editors of Wikimedia projects. More information is available at Creation of separate user group for editing sitewide CSS/JS. If you encounter any unexpected problems, please contact me or file a bug.

Thanks!

Note, with an apology for writing in English: This is now in place. This project has no permanent interface administrators, and probably should not have them. Since bureaucrats can grant and remove this right, what makes sense is that if something needs to be edited, the right be granted temporarily only, even if the 'crat is granting the right to himself. Other 'crats/sysops, please ping me if you have a question. StevenJ81 (discusión) • 26 Elul 5778 • 15:37 6 sep 2018 (UTC)[responder]

No editing for 30 minutes on 17 January

[trocar el manadero]
You will not be able to edit the wikis for up to 30 minutes on 17 January 07:00 UTC. This is because of a database problem that has to be fixed immediately. You can still read the wikis. Some wikis are not affected. They don't get this message. You can see which wikis are not affected on this page. Most wikis are affected. The time you can not edit might be shorter than 30 minutes. /Johan (WMF)

Por favor, ayuda a traducir a tu idioma

This message is posted here because Wikimedia France has identified the language of your project as being one of the languages of France.

Lint errors: Update

[trocar el manadero]

As always, apologies for writing in English.

I am pleased to report that we have made great progress in removing "Lint Errors" — syntax errors that cause problems, or potentially will cause problems, because of the new wiki-markup parser that was introduced earlier this year. See Especial:Errores de sintaxis for details. In particular:

  • All High and Medium priority errors have been fixed. These are errors that probably would cause display errors in the respective pages.
  • All Low priority errors have been fixed except in the Usador: and Messaje de Usador: namespaces. These are errors that do not currently cause display errors, but might if the parser is updated again. I would ask all active users here to check the page I linked above, and if you see any errors on your user page(s) or user talk page(s), that you please fix them. If you need help, please contact me.

Warm regards, StevenJ81 (discusión) • 23 Tammuz 5779 • 14:24 26 jul 2019 (UTC)[responder]
